Welcome to the Mandeville High Swing Dance Page. We are the FIRST school in Louisiana to have a Dance Club and we are taking full advantage of it. We have practice every Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00pm. Every other week we have Mrs. Leslie Carlson, a professional instructor from USABDA, The United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association's New Orleans Chapter, come and show us moves in Swing and Salsa, including some others dances she might throw in later. The other weeks that we don't see her are spent practicing steps from the weeks past. Since Mandeville High is so busy, we have been having practice at Mandeville Junior High.

We have around 100 students currtently in the club with an average of 40 people coming to practice each week.
